My son has ASD and is sensitive to loud noises, surprises, or any time he’s put on the spot and made to talk to a stranger. This can mean that character visits are overwhelming or really upsetting! Glass Palace Parties was able to provide the most fun, thoughtful experience when Elsa visited – he and Elsa read together, went for a little walk, and shared lots of hugs. It was so special to watch him get the chance at connection without being overwhelmed or scared, and the performer was very understanding of his repetitive behaviors and closeness.
